Cosmopolitan: “I’ve Been to Wine Country a Dozen Times, and MacArthur Place Hotel is by Far My Favorite Place to Stay”
We’re thrilled to share Cosmopolitan Deputy Beauty Director Lauren Balsamo’s recent stay at MacArthur Place with her family. “The property consists of the lobby (which houses a coffee counter, American-style bar, and their on-property restaurant) and then a collection of small farm-style buildings that make up the spa, rooms, and suites. All of it is connected by beautiful gardens and lush walkways, which are immaculately kept. I visited in early October, so thousands of pink and white roses were in bloom, which made for the most stunning photo opps, if that’s your thing. The weather in Sonoma is typically gorgeous in the fall, so I really got to enjoy all the communal outdoor spaces—especially the fire pits, where I drank coffee in the morning and a glass of cab before bed.”
