Open Studio with Artist-in-Residence Laura Berman
As part of our artist-in-residence series in partnership with Uprise Art, we welcome Kansas City-based artist Laura Berman to MacArthur Place. Laura creates images that layer time, space, form and color together, with 20 years of printmaking. “Everything I do with color is improvisational, and each image I make has its own personality of unique color combinations. Working with an endless array of colors is one of my very favorite parts of making prints.”
We invite you to drop in for an open studio visit Wednesday, November 20 from 3pm – 5pm to meet Laura and see her in her artistic element, wine will be served from Silverado Vineyards.
Open studio will be held in Coach House 1. No reservations are required; drop-ins are encouraged. Email Dare Sturges with any questions.
